Returns

We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging, including any tags or labels
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: Certain products may be exempt from returns, such as personalized items, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item was purchased with a discount or promotion, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds
